I’ve posted about this before when sharing my recipe for snickerdoodle fat-bomb fudge, and touch on some of the many benefits of fuelling your body with healthy fats in my post on What, When, and How To Eat For More Balanced Mood and Energy Levels, so I won’t get too deep into the nitty-gritty now, but instead will just offer my recipes for quick and easy fat-bomb freezer fudge in both golden-chai and spiced cocoa flavours…

Golden Chai Fat Bombs
Ingredients
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup smooth nut or seed butter
1 tsp pure organic vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp raw honey or pure organic maple syrup (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
Pour into forming tray (like an ice-cued tray)
Place in freezer overnight (or until hardened).
Store in fridge or freezer.
Spiced Cocoa Fat Bombs
Ingredients

Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
